The MAXON InfiniMUX 8 Channel Dual Core CWDM Mux / Demux is a professional-grade passive optical multiplexing solution engineered to maximise existing fibre capacity and reduce infrastructure costs. Designed for telecom operators, enterprise backbones, CCTV fibre networks, and data centre interconnects, this unit enables multiple wavelengths to run over a pair of fibre cores.

Supporting 8 CWDM channels from 1470nm to 1610nm, the system allows simultaneous transport of multiple services such as Ethernet, storage, video, and telecom traffic over a single fibre pair. Integrated into a robust 1RU 19-inch rackmount chassis, it provides clean deployment in standard racks and cabinets.

The unit includes a 1310nm Pass Through Port, allowing legacy optics or standard transceivers to coexist with CWDM channels. An Expansion Port enables future upgrades such as OADM modules, pass-through modules, or additional wavelength services. A dedicated Monitor Port allows optical signal monitoring without interrupting live traffic.

As a fully passive device, the MAXON InfiniMUX requires no electrical power, ensuring ultra-high reliability, low maintenance, and long service life.
