The MAXON SFP Module is a high-reliability optical transceiver designed for Fast Ethernet (100BASE-LX10) applications over single-mode fiber. Operating at a wavelength of 1310 nm, the module supports long-distance transmission up to 30 km, making it ideal for backbone and remote industrial network connections.

Equipped with Digital Diagnostics Monitoring (DDM) in compliance with SFF-8472, the module enables real-time monitoring of key parameters such as temperature, voltage, and optical power, ensuring improved system visibility and predictive maintenance.

Designed for harsh industrial environments, the module features an extended operating temperature range of –40°C to +95°C, high impulse withstand capability, and a coated PCB for enhanced durability and long-term stability.

With its SFP (Small Form-Factor Pluggable) standard design and hot-pluggable capability, installation and maintenance can be performed without interrupting system operation.
